We only had time for one round of Daily 5 this morning. Some of us went to Working with Words. Nick built his friend’s names out of letter cubes. He really liked that activity. One group went to iStation. When Cam’Ron got on the computers, he worked on his letter sounds. He thought it was so much fun. In Book Club, we worked on capital and lowercase letters with Mrs. Deaton.
We got to go to the gym today to learn about our Fundraiser. We get to sale lots of things and win prizes! We can't wait!
Today, we had P.E. in our classroom. Coach Mac let us do an exercise video. We even got to use a ball to exercise. P.E. was awesome. After PE we ate snack in the classroom. We had pretzels and juice. Yummy!
We worked hard in Work Centers today.

Lunch was delicious! We got to choose stromboli or a chicken sandwich for lunch. Some of us brought our lunch boxes!
We worked on our numbers during math. We got to write them on dry erase boards and we said our number poems. We also went to math centers today. Some of us went to math club and worked with our five frame. Some of us played “Roll and Color.” Some of us went to IXL and others worked with partners to put cards in order from 1-10.
Today was a sweet, awesome day in school. We had a marvelous Monday!
