Fire Truck and Sparky!!
We had a visit from the Mooresville Fire Department this afternoon. We got to see the firetruck and some firefighters. Mrs. Webb dressed up like a firefighter. It was so funny! We know that we shouldn't be scared of a firefighter if he comes into our house to rescue us. The firefighters talked to us about fire safety rules and let us walk through their firetruck. We also got to see Sparky the dog. It was an awesome afternoon!!

What a fun and important visit! Alexandra's favorite part was meeting Sparky the dog! She taught our family that if you see smoke you need to crawl close to the ground!
ReplyDeleteGreat stuff to be learning! Linkon has told us that his favorite part is 'roll' in 'stop drop & roll'! I bet checking out the firetruck and seeing the firefighters was so much fun. I wish I was in Kindergarten again! :)
