Yesterday, we went on a field trip to Discovery Place Kids in Huntersville, North Carolina. We also went to Bellingham Park in Mooresville. We had such an awesome time together on our field trip!
Discovery Place Kids is a wonderful place to go. There are a lot of fun things to do there. We played with the water table, the train table, worked on a car, the construction area, the boat, a restaurant, the grocery store, an underwater area, the Pet Vet, a firetruck, an ambulance, a farm area, an airplane and tons more! We got to dance, sing and play instruments on the stage as well as playing on the play structure in the middle.
On the way to the park, some people fell asleep! We were exhausted from our fun times at Discovery Place Kids.
At the park, we ate lunch, played on swings, slid down slides, ran around with our friends and enjoyed the sunlight. We walked back to school before it was time to get on the bus. It was a long walk so we got some really good exercise.
