100th Day of School!!

Happy 100th day of school everyone!  Today, we celebrated the 100th day of Kindergarten!  We had such a wonderful day doing some really fun activities.

Mrs. Greenlee visited our school today.  She is 100 years old.  Mrs. Greenlee was the principal of South Elementary School a very long time ago.  We were happy to get to meet her today. ;)

This morning, we did 100 exercises. It was really hard and tiring! We all needed water when we finished. Whewww!!

Today we all brought 100 pennies to school.  We made a penny quilt in the gym.  It was really fun.

We had a very special 100s day snack today.  We got to count 10 pieces of 10 different snacks and put them on our paper.  Then, we got to eat it all.  We were full when we finished our snack! Yummy!

Another fun 100s day activity we did was when we found 100 hershey kisses hidden around the room.  We put the kisses on some huge lips Mrs. Deaton had.  It was awesome.

During math, we colored in some numbers on a hundreds board.  Our picture made the number 100.  We are so smart!

Today has been a wonderful day in school.  We only have 80 more days until Kindergarten is over.  Wow!

Check out these pictures of our really cool Promethean Activtable.  We got to play on this awesome table for a few weeks.  We played games, did puzzles and practiced building words on the Activtable.  We hope we will get to use it again soon.  It was so cool!
