Polar Express and Christmas!

The weeks before Christmas were extremely exciting and busy for everyone in our Kindergarten classroom.  The highlight of our month was celebrating Polar Express day.  We wore our pajamas, got tickets to "ride" our own Polar Express train, listened and watched the book on the SmartBoard, retold the story with pictures, drank chocolate milk and watch the movie together!

Tenley's mom and Sophie's mom came in our classroom one day before Christmas break. We had so much fun with them!  We got to decorate and eat our own Christmas cookies, draw and paint, make a cool reindeer hat, play a reindeer game and eat a delicious Christmas snack.  We appreciated them coming to do all these fun things with us!

We decorated our classroom door for a door contest!  Even though we didn't win, we loved our adorable Christmas door.
