Read Across America!!

Our Read Across America week was so much fun! We did many math, literacy and art projects related to the Cat in the Hat and other Dr. Seuss books. We had a blast wearing our silly socks, wearing pajamas, dressing in wacky tacky clothes, dressing like a book character and wearing red, black and white to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday! We enjoyed having special guest readers from the Mooresville community, especially Dr. Debbie Marsh, a member of the MGSD school board, as The Cat in the Hat. It was such an awesome week!
