We have had a wonderful week in Kindergarten learning about Community Helpers. We enjoyed a visit from Zookeeper Scotty from Zootastic and several police officers from the Mooresville Police Department. One of those police officers was Addison's daddy! How exciting!
We also spent some time this week talking about our own parent's jobs. It was fun sharing with the class what our moms and dads do to help out the community! Here's what we learned about each other:

"My mom works at McDonalds and my dad makes pizza at Duckworths." Kevin
"Our mom stays at home and our dad is a plumber. He fixes showers and toilets." Jace and Logan (out sick)
